To assist you in budgeting for your big day, we are pleased to offer the following all-inclusive packages for your wedding ceremony and/or wedding reception at the Glen-Yr-Afon House Hotel.

DIAMOND PACKAGE

Please note that currently this package is only available at the discounted price stated for all remaining dates in 2010  

Terms & Conditions apply- Not available to previously confirmed bookings

  • Ballroom hire for your wedding ceremony
  • Six fresh beautiful floral decorations (matching your colour theme)to line your aisle
  • Red carpet for your ceremony
  • 2 large flower pedestals to match your colour theme to decorate the Hotel
  • 85 Chaircovers and sashes (in your choice of colour)
  • 4 course Wedding Breakfast (& tea, coffee and mints)  for 85 guests - offering a choice of three starters and two desserts on the day to accompany your choice of main course
  • Arrival (or post-ceremony) drink for your guests (85 guests)  - Choice of Kir Royale, Bucks Fizz or Pimms
  • Waiter- served wines (red, white and rose) with the wedding breakfast for 85 guests (approx 2 glasses per guest)
  • Fresh floral decorations (in goldfish bowls) for your guest tables
  • Long and low top-table spray
  • Menu cards and table plan
  • Red-carpet reception
  • Use of our silver cake-stand and knife (both round and square available)
  • White linen napkin for each of your guests
  • Sparkling wine for the toast
  • Evening finger buffet reception for 100 guests
  • Disco to entertain your guests

    For an all-inclusive cost of £7,000.00 (including VAT) for Church weddings

    Additional daytime guests will be charged at £58.00 per person. Additional evening guests will be charged at £16.00 per person

SAPPHIRE PACKAGE

Please note that currently this package is only available at the discounted price stated for all remaining dates in 2010 (excluding Fridays and Saturdays between April and December).

SMALL AND INTIMATE WEDDING PACKAGE

If you prefer a small and intimate wedding celebration you don't need to compromise on your wedding venue. We have the newly refurbished Library with its unusual conical ceiling which creates the perfect setting for couples seeking an intimate celebration with family and friends.

So why wait?  All you need to do is discuss availability with our wedding coordinator, then leave the rest to us!

For Monday-Thursday dates remaining in 2010 we are offering an all-inclusive package which includes:

  • Library hire for your wedding ceremony
  • Flower pedestals to match your colour theme to decorate the Hotel
  • 4 course Wedding Breakfast (& tea, coffee and mints)  for 20 guests served in the Library - offering a choice of three starters and two desserts on the day to accompany your choice of main course
  • Arrival (or post-ceremony) drink for your guests (20 guests)  - Choice of Kir Royale, Bucks Fizz or Pimms
  • Waiter- served wines (red, white and rose) with the wedding breakfast for 20 guests (approx 2 glasses per guest)
  • Fresh floral decorations for your guest tables and top table
  • Menu cards and table plan
  • Red-carpet reception
  • Use of our silver cake-stand and knife (both round and square available)
  • White linen napkin for each of your guests
  • Sparkling wine for the toast
  • The beautiful bridal suite for your wedding night

The additional evening wedding package is available for £1450.00 which includes:

  •  Services of our resident DJ
  •  Private bar

Combine your smaller wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast with an evening celebration for 75 guests for £2750!  (subject to availability - 2010 dates only).
