Making a booking
We take wedding bookings well in advance. You should contact us as soon as possible to check availability.
We offer special offer packages for late availability wedding dates - so it's often worthwhile giving us a call!
At this point we can also arrange for you to come and visit the hotel, have a look round and discuss your general requirements. You are welcome to place a provisional booking for an agreed date and this booking will be held for two weeks after which we will need you to confirm your position.
Your minimum wedding breakfast numbers on premium dates will need to be 85 adults, to include a drinks package and to be followed by an evening celebration, (to include a finger buffet) for 100 guests minimum.
Weddings booked on Fridays and Saturdays (April-September) and Saturdays in October and November and Bank Holidays will be subject to a minimum number of 85 adults for the Wedding Breakfast and Drinks Package and a minimum of 100 guests for the Evening Buffet.
Weddings on Sundays (April – September) will be subject to a minimum number of 50 adults for the Wedding Breakfast and Drinks Package and a minimum of 75 guests for the Evening Buffet.
Minimum numbers for Fridays and Saturdays in December will be 100 adults for the wedding breakfast, to include a drinks package and to be followed by an evening celebration (to include a finger buffet) for120 guests. New Year’s Eve weddings will be subject to 120 adults for the wedding breakfast, to include a drinks package and to be followed by an evening celebration (to include a finger buffet) for120 guests. For New Year’s Eve bookings, all bedrooms will need to be paid for as part of the booking.
Weddings taking place Monday to Thursday will not require minimum numbers and will receive a 10% discount on the Wedding Breakfast (excluding Bank Holidays).
