We are pleased to offer the following special offer wedding packages

If you prefer a small and intimate wedding celebration you don't need to compromise on your wedding venue. We have the newly refurbished Library with its unusual conical ceiling which creates the perfect setting for couples seeking an intimate celebration with family and friends.

So why wait?  All you need to do is discuss availability with our wedding coordinator, then leave the rest to us!

For Monday-Thursday dates remaining in 2010 we are offering an all-inclusive package which includes:

  • Library hire for your wedding ceremony
  • Flower pedestals to match your colour theme to decorate the Hotel
  • 4 course Wedding Breakfast (& tea, coffee and mints)  for 20 guests served in the Library - offering a choice of three starters and two desserts on the day to accompany your choice of main course
  • Arrival (or post-ceremony) drink for your guests (20 guests)  - Choice of Kir Royale, Bucks Fizz or Pimms
  • Waiter- served wines (red, white and rose) with the wedding breakfast for 20 guests (approx 2 glasses per guest)
  • Fresh floral decorations for your guest tables and top table
  • Menu cards and table plan
  • Red-carpet reception
  • Use of our silver cake-stand and knife (both round and square available)
  • White linen napkin for each of your guests
  • Sparkling wine for the toast
  • The beautiful bridal suite for your wedding night
  • Sparkling wine in the Bridal suite
  • Full Welsh breakfast for the Bride and Groom the following morning

For an all-inclusive cost of  £1,300.00 (including VAT) where Civil Ceremony is required
For an all-inclusive cost of  £1,150.00 (including VAT) for Church weddings

If you would like to continue your celebrations into the evening, we are pleased to offer our spacious Ballroom and the services of our resident DJ to entertain you and your guests - the perfect way to end your perfect day!

The additional evening wedding package is available for £1450.00 which includes:

  •  Hire of our spacious Ballroom
  •  Buffet reception for 75 guests
  •  Services of our resident DJ
  •  Private bar

Combine your smaller wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast with an evening celebration for 75 guests for £2750!  (subject to availability - 2010 dates only).

CELEBRATE ON SUNDAYS!

If you book your wedding celebrations at the Glen-Yr-afon House Hotel on a Sunday in 2010, you can make the most of our fabulous special offer package for all remaining Sundays in 2010.  Currently this offer has also been extended to include 'Summer Sundays' through June - September on which dates, the minimum numbers usually required in our brochure have been reduced.
