General Terms and Conditions for Hotel Bookings - Christmas & Events – February 2026

• 1. Booking and Confirmation • All bookings are conducted on the basis of your acceptance of these standard terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be specified at the time of booking. • Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking will be released without notice. • Written confirmation will be provided by the hotel once the deposit is received.

• 2. Payments • The balance of all bookings must be paid in full by the specified due date, which will be communicated at the time of booking. For Christmas and New Year bookings, this is 1st November. • All payments, including deposits and final balances, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. • Any additional charges (e.g., food, beverages, and services) incurred during the stay or event must be settled in full prior to departure.

• 3. Cancellations and Amendments • By the Customer: o Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the original booking. o If a booking is cancelled after the deposit is paid but before the final balance due date, the deposit will be retained by the hotel. o If a booking is cancelled after the final balance due date, the full payment will be retained by the hotel. o No refunds or transfers will be given for non-arrival, late arrival, or early departure. • By the Hotel: o The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if circumstances beyond its control arise (e.g., force majeure, closure, safety concerns, or reputational risk). o In such cases, all payments made will be refunded in full, but the hotel will have no further liability.

• 4. Special Requirements • Guests must notify the hotel in advance of any special dietary, accessibility, or medical requirements. A full list of allergens can be made available on request. • The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee all needs will be met as some ingredients may contain a trace of nuts.

• 5. Food and Beverage • No outside food or beverages may be brought onto the premises without prior written consent. Corkage fees may apply.

• 6. Children • Children’s rates and policies will be specified at the time of booking. Children must be supervised at all times.

• 7. Smoking Policy • The hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges.

• 8. Damage and Conduct • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property by themselves or their guests. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning. • The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

• 9. Adverse Weather and Force Majeure • In the event of adverse weather or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, no refunds will be given. At the hotel’s discretion, a credit may be offered for future use if sufficient notice is provided.

• 10. Liability • The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. • The hotel shall not be liable for any breach of contract caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, fire, flood, or other force majeure events.

• 11. Photography and Publicity • The hotel reserves the right to use photographs taken on the premises for publicity purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the guest.

• 12. General • These terms and conditions apply to all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing. • The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply. • Bar service finishes at 12.00 midnight. • Transportation for evening events should be booked no later than 12.30am
