Today, the hotel brings together character and comfort, with Clarke's Restaurant, an elegant setting for dining, alongside the Ballroom that has played host to many weddings and celebrations over the years. With stylish rooms, attractive gardens, and a relaxed friendly atmosphere, Glen-yr-Afon remains a place to unwind, celebrate and return to again and again.
Usk has recently been voted in The Sunday Times as the best place to live in Wales and with a 4 Star Gold rating from Visit Wales, our Hotel is the perfect setting for an excellent staycation in South Wales. Our 27-bedrooms offer exemplary en-suite accommodation for everyone from business guests to holidaymakers.
A charming two bedroomed cottage is also available in the grounds, as self-catering accommodation.
