Business Meeting Packages and Tariffs

Day delegate and residential conference packages available. All of our delegate packages include complimentary parking, free Wifi and a dedicated event manager.

8 hour day conference package

Our Day Delegate Packages provide everything you need for a productive meeting or business conference.

From internet access, delegate notepads to complimentary AV equipment, our Day Delegate conference package delivers the best conference and meeting facility. This package is available in our Library or Ballroom (depending on the number of delegates and any specific requirements).

It includes:

  • Tea/coffee, bottled waters, cordials and mints available throughout the day
  • A selection of savoury and sweet refreshments - bacon rolls (additional cost £5.00ph),  biscuits, Welsh cakes, scones, lemon curd drizzle cake, chocolate brownie or Danish pastries) would be available of which you would need to select two options to be served at two separate points during the day (e.g. one option mid-morning and one option mid-afternoon)
  • A selection of different conference lunch options would be available for your group.  It is necessary for all delegates to eat from the same menu
  • Note pads and pencils
  • Hire of overhead and multimedia projectors and screens, flip chart and pens
  • Complimentary wireless broadband throughout the hotel
  • Free car parking

* Please note that these rates exclude room hire. In addition to these rates a room hire charge would also be applied.

24 hour residential conference package

Our delegate packages are flexible and can be tailored to meet your requirements. Please contact our Conference Coordinator to discuss your individual business needs.

Our 24 conference delegate rate includes:

  • 4 Course a la carte dinner
  • Overnight accommodation
  • Full English breakfast
  • Tea/coffee, bottled waters, cordials and mints available throughout the day
  • A selection of savoury and sweet refreshments - Bacon rolls (additional cost £5.00ph), biscuits, Welsh cakes, scones, lemon curd drizzle cake, chocolate brownie or Danish pastries) would be available of which you would need to select two options to be served at two separate points during the day (e.g. one option mid-morning and one option mid-afternoon)
  • A selection of different lunch options would be available for your group.  It is necessary for all delegates to eat from the same menu
  • Note pads and pencils
  • Hire of overhead and multimedia projectors and screens, flip chart and pens

£175 per person ( Single occupancy Mon-Sun ) including VAT*

Additional equipment is also available at an extra charge - please ask for details. We also have colour laser photocopying, fax machines and e-mail facilities for delegates' use. Secretarial services are also available.

Hire of conference room charges

In addition to our delegate rates, room hire charges would also be applied to all bookings which are VAT exempt. Details of the charges can be found listed below:

  • Ballroom:
    • £500.00 (full day / up to 8 hours)
    • £250.00 (half day / up to 4 hours)
  • Library:
    • £250.00 (full day / up to 8 hours)
    • £125.00 (half day / up to 4 hours)

If your proposed meeting would require a different room hire charge to be applied, in cases where a room may be required for a shorter / longer amount of time then please contact our Conference Coordinator who would be happy to provide a bespoke quote based on your individual requirements.   

If you require a smaller room than the Library please enquire as other meeting rooms are available on request which may be suit your requirements.
