CHRISTMAS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions of Bookings - Christmas

Please note that all Christmas 2012 bookings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions

Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 10 days pending receipt of a deposit after which time the booking will be released.

All events are subject to availability.

A £15.00 deposit per person is required to confirm all meal bookings and this is non-refundable and non-transferable, eg cannot be used for beverage purchases.

Accommodation bookings will need to be confirmed by credit/debit card details at the time of booking.

Bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is received for each guest. If the organiser is paying on behalf of a large group please send ONE cheque or arrange payment by ONE credit/debit card only. Cheques should be made payable to Glen-yr-Afon House Hotel.

Full payment for Christmas bookings is required on/before 5th November 2012. Deposits and payment of the final balance are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any bookings cancelled prior to 5th November 2012 will result in loss of any
deposits paid. Bookings cancelled after 5th November 2012 will result in the party organiser being charged the total value of all the facilities reserved ie meals, drinks and accommodation.

Should additional guests be added after the 5th November 2012 (subject to availability) full payment will be required immediately.

The pre-order for each party (starters and main course) will be required on/before 2 weeks prior to the function. Any special dietary requirements will need to be confirmed at this time to ensure efficient service.

Although dishes may not contain nuts as an ingredient, there is a possibility that they will contain nut traces. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for nut or other allergies.

It is essential that any guests with special dietary requirements discuss them with the hotel pre arrival.

The hotel does not allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises.

The Christmas accommodation is only available to guests attending a Christmas function.

The management reserve the right to change the advertised artistes without prior notice in the unfortunate circumstances for force majeure, ill health or forces beyond our control.

The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers, or to move an event to a smaller/larger room should numbers dictate.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the company organiser or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour.

Please note our premises are strictly non smoking in accordance with UK legislation.

Children under the age of 8 years will be charged half price.

Guests dining at lunchtime are advised to organise transportation by 5pm.

ANY RESERVATION MADE IS TAKEN WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN READ AND ACCEPTED BY ALL PERSONS IN THE PARTIES CONCERNED OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES.
