Winter and Christmas Weddings

The Glen-Yr-Afon House Hotel is the perfect venue for your winter or Christmas wedding.

Winter weddings are becoming more common and with our perfect setting, your wedding celebrations can be wonderfully romantic.

Traditionally decorated for the Christmas season, the Glen-Yr Afon House Hotel has an intimate and cosy atmosphere enhanced by our open fire to welcome your guests as they come in from the cold!    We offer mulled wine as a welcome or post ceremony drink together with a wide range of tempting winter menus to ensure that you and your guests have a truly unforgettable experience.

We offer complete flexibility on wedding bookings taken between the months of January and March.  During these months we have no minimum numbers, even on weekends, so you can enjoy your wedding celebrations without having to extend your guest list to meet our package requirements.
