Reunions can, by their very nature, be more challenging to organise which is why we offer the services of a designated member of staff to assist in the planning stages. From the time that the event is thought about through to the day of the reunion itself, we are on hand to assist.
Its a great opportunity to meet up and reminisce about your school or work days and bring each other up to date on what has happened since you last met.
Reunions can be formal or informal, a finger or served buffet style or our Head Chef is very happy to work closely with organisers in creating a menu to suit their requirements.
For guests travelling some distance, accommodation may be required and we are able to offer en-suite rooms for both double/twin and single occupancy at discounted rates for guests attending.
A variety of venue rooms are available to suit the number of guests at the reunion. The Library offers the intimacy of a private room in which guests are seated around the oval mahogany table (maximum number of guests for dining is 20). The ballroom accommodates a larger number of guests in either a formal or an informal setting and can accommodate entertainment for the occasion, when required. Clarkes restaurant is again an ideal setting for a smaller number of guests for a formal or informal gathering.
An arrival drink can enhance a reunion celebration by providing a relaxing start for those who may have not have been together for some time.
